Looks like your problem is a 404:
http://seaberrydesign.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugin-data/superslider/ssShow/default/default.css
is missing, you have selected the option to store css files in wp-content/plugin-data/superslider/ssShow but you didn't copy, or move the plugin-data folder into wp-content folder.

Hope this helps, and please take any further issues to the forum. http://support.wp-superslider.com

I noticed when the slide show loads it flashes the four photos at the top of the post, stacked one on top of the other, before beginning the slide show. If you reload the page it will do the same thing every fourth or fifth reload. If you navigate away from the page you'll get the flash of images when you navigate back. None of those images is in the "From Folder" They are in the uploads folder.

Any clue? if I can stop this I'm done. Site is at http://www.seaberrydesign.com/wordprerss

Thanks again.

Sure, if you want the show to float left.
just change the margin in the css file:

.slideshow {
height: 400px;
margin: 0 ; /* this was set to: 0 auto 190px*/
width: 450px;
}
default.css (line 110)

In your case you will also want to set thumbnails off in options and set the width and height in the css.

You could also experiment with different transitions...

Thanks so much. There was a plugin conflict. I've got it working. Is there a simple way in the short code to set the alignment (left) so it aligns with the rest of my content? check http://www.seaberrydesign.com/wordpress. Once I get the alignment set, I'll change the images in the folder.

Hello tman202,

Typically a failed fromfolder shortcode fails when the user forgets to attach an image to the post. When in the post page which has the fromfolder shortcode, click the add image button, then upload an image. That image is now attached. You do not need to embed the image in the post, but it must be attached, and will only be seen in excerpts or rss feeds.

OK, double checked, that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Other areas where you may have issues is js frameworks. Your site uses prototype and superslider-show uses mootools. these are 2 different frameworks and may cause conflicts.
Besides adding another 60 - 100 kb. to your page.

Ok, scryptaculous and prototype are conflicting with the mootools, as best as I can tell.
Try turning off some plugins to see where the scryptaculous and prototype are being loaded.

forgive my ignorance on this. I've tried every step and cant get the from folder option to work All I see is a photo from elsewhere on my site.

I would actually like to have two slideshows in one post. Both are small. The first (top slide show) is working using showtime. I would like to use super slider for the second or even for both if I can get it to work. The second slide show will be of testimonials and will appear below text.

I will be greatfull to be pointed in the right direction.
